The OneTenth Story
Every big change starts small
Did you know it takes about one tenth of a second for a match to light? In that tiny flash, a simple stick moves from nothing to fire. There's so much power and potential in something so small and ordinary, just waiting for the right moment to come to be.
That’s what OneTenth is about. It’s a reminder that transformation doesn’t always come from big leaps or sweeping overhauls. And it doesn’t have to wait for perfect timing, a big budget, or the next all-hands meeting. It can happen in any moment because it’s the small sparks that change things.
My father used to say, “Do the mostest with the leastest.” I like to think he meant that with creativity, grit, and intention, you can get the greatest results from the smallest amount of resources. Sometimes that means stretching a dollar; other times, it means seeing potential where others don’t. That spirit shapes how I view fractional work. You don’t always need a full-time L&D department or a massive budget to make a difference. Often, a fraction of the right expertise, even just one tenth, can unlock potential in you, your people, and your systems.
That’s what OneTenth is here to help you uncover your next spark of potential, kindle it with purpose, and turn it into something that lasts.
